Shandong Xuridong Machinery Co.Ltd, produces wonderful waste water treatment equipment and solutions, pulp and paper making machines and solutions as well as tissue paper converting machinery and solutions, that are technologically advanced, highly efficient and of superior quality. We produce these products in great volume at our main manufacturing facility which spans nearly 30,000m2. Our prime location is in the “dinosaur capital” – Zhucheng City, Shandong Province. This location provides us with a plethora of logistics advantages, including: easy and cost effective transport by both air and sea. Also, we are in very close proximity to a very famous port city – Qingdao in northern China.

 

Product design and development is a prime concern at Xuridong Machinery. Our technology department is composed of 12 talented designers, including 2 highly-skilled senior engineers. With their wealth of comprehensive experience and impressive expertise, we have achieved a total of 32 patents over the past few years. These accomplishments have been a powerful driving force enabling our company to continue to focus heavily upon innovation and efficiency while supplying new and upgraded products, in response to dynamic and ever-changing market demands.

 

Our machining workshop has been equipped with only the most advanced and finest quality production machinery available. This machinery includes: flame and plasma cutting machines, floor-type large lathes, horizontal milling machines, horizontal boring mills, vertical knee-and-column mills, wire-cut EDM machines and so forth. In addition we utilize a fully-computerized dynamic balancing machine that is very suitable for high-precision balancing tasks. It takes only 10 seconds for this machine to provide required measurements. Last but not least, our electronic components are all purchased from Siemens, Schneider and other world-renowned brands. This accompanied by our in-house developed control cabinets enables us to provide a powerful guarantee on the quality of all electrical control systems. 

 

We have established a state-of-the-art production workshop to create all components required by our diversified papermaking machines and environmentally-friendly products， especially waste water treatment machines. Once the processing has been finished, these components will be sent to a 12,000m2 assembly workshop where we can complete assembly, quality control procedures and other manufacturing processes. Each year the output value of our products can reach up to 150 million RMB.
