Hydraulic reciprocating bottom sludge scraper

Function & application

The machine can run on the bottom of the water tank or sedimentation tank, and it consists of hydraulic system, pushrod system, wedge scraper boards and inclined strut. 

When it works, the wedge scraper boards push the sludge forward and backward quickly to the original position, again and again. The whole sludge is pushed forward step by step, then to the sludge collecting groove.

The machine is suitable for rectangular horizontal flow type sedimentation tank; domestic sewage or municipal sewage; other sedimentation tank in waste water treatment fields, including municipal waterworks, industrial water purification plants, municipal wastewater treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment plants, air ponds and other occasions.
