Function & application
 
Fiber ball filter is a new type of water quality precision processing equipment, filter the oil pollution and various impurities in water. Fiber ball filter material is hydrophilic, the diameter can be up to dozens of microns or even a few microns, with large specific surface area, filtration resistance is small and other advantages, used in oil field sewage fine filtration, fiber ball is not easy to stick oil, easy to backwash regeneration, filtration accuracy is high. Can effectively remove suspended matter in water, and the organic matter in water, colloid, iron, manganese and so on have obvious removal effect. 
 
The equipment is widely used in the following: 
1) Filtration of circulating water, advanced treatment of domestic water, boiler feed water treatment, reverse osmosis prefiltration, sewage reuse filtration. 
2) Coarse, medium and fine filtration of oil-bearing wastewater and treatment of oil field and oil refinery wastewater by reinjection; 
(3) Recycling and filtering of circulating and domestic water and its waste water for various industrial uses, such as iron and steel, thermoelectricity, shipbuilding, paper making, medicine, chemical industry, textile, food, beverage, tap water, swimming pool, etc. 
4) Purified water, seawater, brackish water desalination, centralized water supply project, municipal sewage treatment project and so on.
 
 
Feature & benefit
 
Effect contrast. 
The main results are as follows: (1) the diameter of the modified fiber is small, the specific surface area is large, and the specific surface area is as high as 2000- g. The interception of suspended matter is better than other filters. 
(2) The fiber was modified to make it hydrophilic and oily. Backwash regeneration performance is particularly good.
Performance comparison. 
L the filtration accuracy is high: the removal rate of suspended matter in water is close to 100%, and it has obvious removal effect on bacteria, virus, macromolecular organic matter, colloid, iron and other impurities. 
L Filtration speed is fast: generally 30-45 m h, the highest can be up to 80 m h.Equivalent to other granular filter media (anthracite, quartz sand, magnetite, etc.) 2-3 times. 
L large capacity: generally 5-15 kg m, more than twice of the traditional quartz sand filter. 
The comprehensive performance-price ratio is high: under the condition of the same treatment capacity and the same water intake index, the modified fiber ball filter can reach more than 50% (performance-price ratio) compared with other filters, and the sewage treatment index can be raised by one grade. 
L small area: to produce the same amount of water, the area of quartz sand filter less than 1. 
The cost of a ton of water is low: the backwash water is only about 2% of the water produced, especially it can be backwashed with pre-filter water, so the cost of a ton of water is only about 1% of the traditional filter. 
L low water consumption: it is only 1 ~ 3% of the periodic water supply and can be backwashed with raw water. 
There is no need to replace the filter element: the filter element can be easily cleaned and the filtration performance can be restored after being contaminated. 
L easy backwash: when backwash, the fiber filter material is loose, under the action of bubble and hydraulic, backwash regeneration is very thorough. 
L High mechanical strength, long service life, simple operation, easy maintenance, reliable operation: polymer polypropylene fiber filter media service life of more than 10 years. It has a higher strength than quartz sand, and the usual filtration and backwash strength does not break or run off the material.
