Function & application

The equipment adopts ethylene-propylene copolymer, fiberglass or polyvinyl chloride honeycomb inclined tube with inclination angle of 60 ℃, slant length of 1 m and inner tangent diameter of 35-50mm. The inner tangent diameter can be changed according to the water quality to achieve the best precipitation effect. Our factory can design and process the inclined tube precipitator according to the user request or the original waste water test data, when uses, must add the coagulant generally.  

It is suitable for improving drinking water quality and small sewage projects in rural areas, villages and towns, farms, army barracks, small and medium enterprises and institutions. 

It is widely used in the purification of industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater, non-ferrous metal processing wastewater, stone wastewater, mine wastewater, biochemical water and a variety of high suspended matter wastewater.

Feature & benefit

1). Mud accumulation can fall into the slag bucket automatically, which is convenient for mud discharge and reduces the labor intensity of slag cleaning. 

2). It is equipped with agitator, reagent box and mixed reaction box, which can be used for coagulation treatment of sewage at the same time, thus expanding the function of the device. 

3). The area occupied is small, only 1 of the length of the advection sedimentation tank, and the sedimentation efficiency can be increased 3-5 times.
