Vertical (Daf) Dissolved Air Flotation for Waste Water Treatment

Function & application

The Dissloved Air Flotation DAF Separator provides effective separation of suspended solids, fats, oils and greases from liquids. Flotation of the solids is accomplished by the introduction of tinny air bubbles into the process water. As the bubbles rise, they attach themselves to the particles in suspension and carry them to the surface for removed.

It is mainly used in slaughter house; chemical plants ;textile plants; metal fabricator; dairy processor; pulp and paper mills; pet food processors; meat & poultry processing plants; fruit & vegetable processors and canneries; biological treatment facilities(clarification, thickening)

3. Fully (100%) manufactured in the factory, and no need secondary welding.

4. Indoor or outdoor layout (environmental temperature should be over 0°C).

6. Design service life: Carbon steel material: >10 years;

                                        Stainless steel material: >20 years.
