Function & application

The design is a water clarifier or a high-rate gravity settler of stone and sands and other subjects to settle down，underflow sludge concentrations are up to 5 times higher. 

It is a packaged settler, instead of a settling water tank.

 And it is widely used in the following: 

1)Electroplating wastewater ------containing a variety of metal ions in the mixed wastewater, chromium, copper, iron, zinc, nickel removal in more than 90%, general electroplating wastewater after treatment are available to meet emission standards.

2) Coal, mineral processing waste ----- turbidity in the 500-1500 mg / lift to 5 mg / l.

3)Dyeing, bleaching wastewater color --------remove 70-90%, 50-70% COD removal.

4)Tanning, food industry wastewater organic matter ----------removal, COD removal of 50-80%, more than 90% of impurities in solids removal.

5)Chemical wastewater color---------- remove 60-70% of the COD, 60-90% of suspended solids.
