Function & application

The equipment adopts the principle of dissolved air air floating, which is used to separate the suspended matter or oil from the water by using the tiny bubbles released from the dissolved air water. The purpose of the system is to separate the solid from the liquid.

With advanced design and excellent performance, the equipment is widely used in the sewage treatment system of petroleum, chemical, iron and steel, tanning, electric power, textile, food, brewing, municipal and other industries.

Feature & advantage

1. Low velocity of water------the velocity of water relative to the wall of the pond is close to zero velocity, and the water in the pond is not stirred, so that the particles in the water float or settle under static state, the degree of purification is high, and the removal rate of suspended matter is over 91%; 

2. High effective of dissolved gas------- The unit rate of dissolved gas is as high as 90% with high pressure gas pipe, and the effect of air flotation is good. 

3. Floating without interference--------the water depth is 650 mm, the floating path is short, the resistance is small and the speed is fast. 

4. Reasonable skimming bucket-----------spiral skimming bucket has good effect. 

5. The treatment water quantity is large. 

6. Automatic running.
