Function & application
There is a couple of rotor and stator, with special tooth type. When the pulp fiber comes into the chamber, the long fiber can be cut off, then the fiber becomes equal length. Compared with other machines, the beating space is bigger, and the ability of cutting is stronger. The beating effect is constant.
Application:
The equipment is mainly used for coarse beating and fine beating and re-pulping of broken paper and waste paper.
It is especially suitable for long fiber pulp beating.
The equipment is furnished with automatic control system.
